TB Cast Acrylic Sheet
TB Cast Acrylic Sheet is optically transparent, unaffected by moisture, and offers a high strength-to-weight ratio. TB cast Acrylic offers high light transmittance and can be easily heat-formed without loss of optical clarity. Prolonged exposure to moisture, or even total immersion in water, does not significantly effect the mechanical or optical properties of this outstanding material.

Temperature:
 Acrylic will soften on heating to 100℃ or above,so should be avoided to be used above 100℃
Defect:
 ince acrylic surface hardness is similar to aluminum,so the surface protection should be noticed.Ifdefect occurred,it should be used yellow aluminum to polish.
Scratching:
 Since electrostatic will occur by dry cloth,if there is dust on surface,it should be washed lightly by 1%soap water by soft cloth.
Heat Expansion:
 The ondex for heat expansion of acrylic is large and its large and its extensibility is several times than that of metal,therefore it should be considered when installation.
